さて、白浜到着、以前「ゼロパーク」という公園がありました、
呉の大和ミュージアムに展示されている、「ゼロ戦63型」が置いてあった場所です
ゼロパーク跡地、
六二型 公開 終戦間際に琵琶湖へ不時着水し湖底に沈んでいた機体を1974年（昭和49年）に引き上げて復元したもので、2002年（平成14年）までは嵐山美術館（零パーク）に展示されていた（尾翼番号210-118B）
零式艦上戦闘機（れいしきかんじょうせんとうき）は大日本帝国海軍（以下、海軍と表記する）の主力艦上戦闘機。「零戦（ぜろせん、れいせん。「ゼロ戦」とも）」の略称で知られている（以下、零戦と表記する）。後継機である烈風の開発遅れにより艦上戦闘機（以下、艦戦と表記する）としては実質的な最終型式で、日中戦争の半ばから太平洋戦争[1]の終戦まで、主力戦闘機として前線で運用された。大戦初期の空戦において連合国の戦闘機を圧倒したことから、当時の連合国パイロットから「ゼロファイター」の名で恐れられた。開発元は三菱重工業。中島飛行機でもライセンス生産され、総生産数の半数以上は中島製。一般に、アメリカのP-51、ドイツのBf109、イギリスのスピットファイア等とともに大戦期の優秀機として数えられる。
